The Caddis Fly larva builds its home by weaving silk with tiny sticks and particles found at the bottom of a pond or river, where it lives. Contemporary French artist Hubert Duprat used their habits in an experiment that would have them using jewels, gold, and shiny objects to make their homes. The results are beautiful.
