YOUR CREW, YOUR GAME, OUR SPACE!

Have your own crew and favorite game or activity? Dungeons and Dragons? Magic the Gathering? Warhammer? Monopoly?

Come camp in the woods and play your games in a totally private & safe space.

You and your crew can show up to our private 270 acres of wilderness after 3pm on Friday and leave by noon on Monday. Use a bed in the communal cabin or bring tents. Play in our large 20×20 event tents!

Whatever the game, if you have all you need and just want a fun place out in the wilderness to play, we have you covered.

For $60/person* (minimum 6 people), you can use our Communal Cabin that has beds and bedding, use all of our amenities and we will set up our 20×20′ gaming tent with tables, lighting and chairs! If there are 10 or more of you (max 30) we will set up our second 20×20 gaming tent. Note: Guests beyond the first 7 will need to bring tents and bedding to sleep in. We also require a $750 security deposit, unless you book through Airbnb…

Details

  • $60/person. Minimum 6 people; maximum of 30. Fees are due at time of Registration.
  • Discount of $27, if booked through Airbnb.
  • $750 security deposit required, unless you book through Airbnb.
  • Choice of either a bed in the Communal Cabin (while they last; 6 available), or a mowed space for Tents or Trailers.

  • Bring your own games/Dungeon Master.
  • Bring your own food, beverages, bug spray and sun block.

Included / Amenities

You will get to use the following amenities while you are here and we will be around hosting and ensuring you have help with the space and that everything you need is topped up and available.

  • The site from Friday at 3PM to Monday at Noon
  • Trails and the whole acreage (270) to yourselves
  • Up to 2 large 20×20′ event tents, installed and with
    • Up to 8 large folding tables
    • with tablecloths, and
    • plenty of seating
  • Communal cabin that sleeps up to 7 (two in the double bed)
  • Mowed camping spots
  • BBQ (propane included)
  • Camp stove (propane included)
  • Awesome firepit; wood available on-site; $8/large bundle
  • If there is a fire ban, we have a propane insert (bring propane, or we can sell it)
  • 2 Outhouses
  • Outdoor shower
  • Many outdoor games such as horseshoes, croquet, bocci ball, and badminton
  • WiFI
  • 3 Hardtop Gazebos (one furnished with screen and regular walls)
  • Use of a generator, if needed (bring gas, or we can sell it to you)
  • Nighttime lighting
  • Several misting fans to stay cool in the summer heat
  • Portable power stations
  • Projector

Schedule:

  • Arrive on Friday night, settle in, and enjoy time around the fire.
  • Camp over on Friday and Saturday, and leave by midnight on Sunday evening.
  • Play all weekend until your heart’s content.
  • In the evenings, gather around the fire to chat, sing, share stories, etc. (bring a musical instrument, if you like!)
  • Before leaving, please devote time to tidying the grounds and sleeping area; double-check that you packed everything.
