YOUR CREW, YOUR GAME, OUR SPACE!

Have your own crew and favorite game or activity? Dungeons and Dragons? Magic the Gathering? Warhammer? Monopoly?

Come camp in the woods and play your games in a totally private & safe space.

You and your crew can show up to our private 270 acres of wilderness after 3pm on Friday and leave by noon on Monday. Use a bed in the communal cabin or bring tents. Play in our large 20×20 event tents!

Whatever the game, if you have all you need and just want a fun place out in the wilderness to play, we have you covered.

For $60/person* (min 6 people), you can use our Communal Cabin that has beds and bedding, use all of our amenities and we will set up our 20×20′ gaming tent with tables, lighting and chairs! If there are 10 or more of you (max 30) we will set up our second 20×20 gaming tent. Note: Guests beyond the first 7 will need to bring tents and bedding to sleep in.

Details

  • $60.00/person. Due at time of Registration, to secure your spot.
  • Discount of $55, if booked through Airbnb.

Included Amenities

You will get to use the following amenities while you are here and we will be around hosting and ensuring you have help with the space and that everything you need is topped up and available.

  • The whole acreage (270) to yourselves; we only take one reservation at a time
  • The campsite/facilities for Friday night to Sunday afternoon
  • Camping overnight on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (if you wish) night
  • Up to 2 well-lit 20×20 event tents and up to 8 large folding tables with tablecloths and plenty of seating.
  • 20’x20′ Event Tent to play in, fully installed and set up with
    • 4 large tables
    • 6 outdoor chairs with cushions

  • BBQ

If you forget something or would like to lighten your packing load, you can purchase any of these items from our mini store:

Schedule:

  • Arrive on Friday night, settle in, and enjoy time around the fire.
  • Camp over on Friday, Saturday, Sunday night.
  • Play all weekend until your heart’s content.
  • In the evenings, gather around the fire to chat, sing, share stories, etc. (bring a musical instrument, if you like!)
  • On Monday, before leaving, please devote time to tidying the grounds and sleeping area; double-check that you packed everything. Checkout by Noon.
